Our intended policy

Frame Archivist is downloadable software licensed by key. Because a license key is delivered immediately and cannot be “returned,” our intended approach is:

• [PLACEHOLDER: 14-day satisfaction refund] — if the app does not work for you, contact us within [14] days of purchase for a full refund, provided you stop using the license.
• Activation problems — if you cannot activate or the Software will not run and we cannot resolve it, you are entitled to a full refund.

How to request a refund

Email chris.black@squarepixel.org with your license ID and order email. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method; the associated license key will be deactivated.

Your statutory rights

Nothing here limits any non-waivable rights you have under the consumer-protection law of your jurisdiction (including Alberta, Canada and, where applicable, the EU/UK and California).
